Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees food preparation and other relative activities
- Construct menu with new or existing culinary creations to maintain the quality of the foods
- Dish plating before serve to customers
- Take care of stock order and replenishment
- Responsible for hiring, managing, and training kitchen staffs
- Manage a team of kitchen staffs, plan staff\'s schedule
- Adhere to company\'s policy and procedure
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Maintain kitchen\'s hygiene and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- A professional certification in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage Management
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same role
- Independent and a team player
- Good leadership and management skills
- Proven track record in similar field
- Location: Central
- Retail working hours
- Salary starting from $4000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
