Reporting directly to the CEO based in Thailand, you will be supporting the SEA businesses. This is an exciting to join the company as it is expanding and is growing rapidly in the region. It will be critical in establishing robust processes and driving a business-aligned people strategy. There will be a leadership component and the role will be strategic at times. In addition, this person must possess the operational horsepower to deep dive into areas such as HR operations, talent management and talent acquisition.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a strong leader with some regional experience across SEA. You must be able to demonstrate that you can work in a fast-paced environment. Ideally with some change management exposure, you will understand matrix environment and have the international MNC pedigree required to take HR forward in this demanding environment.
