We are pleased to be collaborating with a renowned global conglomerate to appoint a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist into their Group HR team. Guided by the values of service excellence and integrity, they have identified technological means as a key engine driving the people agenda, and are hence looking for a solutions-oriented, hands-on SuccessFactors expert who can invigorate extant HR Systems to achieve operational efficiency. This role is based in Singapore.

Reporting into the HRIS Manager, the incoming will sit under a team fundamentally responsible for enabling/improving HR processes through the use of HR system tools. On the strategic front, s/he will proactively partner colleagues working across the different HR functions to understand extant needs, identify gaps, gather design requirements and propose solutions to enhance relevant workflows. Operationally, you will provide technical solutions (configuration skills needed) and conduct relevant trainings to colleagues in order to raise overall organization literacy. This likewise entails maintenance work, such as liaising with the Information Technology (IT) department on systems updates and troubleshooting. Put simply, this role involves a commitment towards continuous improvements as well as translating between HR and technological needs.

We are looking for a proven HRIS practitioner with knowledge and hands-on experience implementing SAP Successfactors. Technical, configuration skills in Employee Central, Time Off and Performance Management modules in particular are highly preferred. In essence, individuals who are comfortable with both systems maintenance work as well as possess a strong desire to improve existing offerings through enhancement projects will fit in well. Prior experience with Tableau and Qualtrics is also good to have.
