Play a pivotal role in supporting the global head in developing strategic plans to support the group marketing strategy and business strategy for institutional banking.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to identify global business priorities and derive valuable marketing objectives so as to create comprehensive strategies from scratch.
Work with cross-functional teams to construct strategy plans and execute the implementation of those strategies.
Analyze the group's annual budgets to ensure efficiencies and potential opportunities along with potential gaps leading to overspending.
Guide and advise on building marketing infrastructure and processes to support long-term scalability.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
Bachelor's degree or above ideally in Business Management/Marketing
MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in tier-1 management consulting or brand strategy consulting
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with global teams
Solid knowledge of integrated marketing, digital marketing or branding strategy
Experience in developing and executing business strategies from scratch
Strong communication skills, to effectively influence teams and strategy
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
