Company Description Bluente is an early stage EdTech firm – we are the world’s first business language learning app. We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about our product but also fast and independent learners. Our app is live on the app store and we have just secured our first round of funding. As a Growth Lead at an early-stage company, you'll be an essential part of the team and take ownership to drive key pieces of initiatives that will change the lives of a growing pool of users. Role:
  • Develop & execute the growth strategy
  • Generate quality leads and prospects
  • Work across the funnel to engage users effectively through outreach activities and events
  • Work closely with COO on marketing collateral / presentation pitches
Digital Marketing
  • Optimize yield across channels through A/B testing, ROI analysis and experimental campaign design
  • Optimize web pages for copy, metadata, internal and external links and landing pages for Search
  • Monitor SEM health via google analytics and related software tools
  • Monitor day-to-day performance of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. Instagram)
  • Own content development on blog, website
  • Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM or lead management software
  • Experiment with new channels to develop promising acquisition campaigns
Campaign Management
  • Capitalize on popular trends and brainstorm exciting ideas to attract PR and attention from creators
  • Experiment with new channels to develop promising acquisition campaigns
  • Collaborate with CEO to develop strategic marketing initiatives that increase the number of Bluente users
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience with digital marketing and organic acquisition channels
  • Ad agency experience preferred
  • Experience in Demand Generation preferred
  • A track record developing growth strategy either via SEO or paid Ads (SEM, Affiliate, Referrals)
  • Creative: Skilled at brainstorming newsworthy ideas and generating buzz. Plugged into pop culture, entertainment and social media trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Highly energetic, positive attitude with the ability to take initiative
  • Results-oriented, highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work
  • Passionate about & experience in education and/or tech industry a plus
