About the Team As a member of TikTok growth marketing team, you will be responsible for the performance marketing strategies and execution for our key markets. Leading user growth of global markets and products, our team is aiming at building the team itself as a strong platform and providing industry-top-level growth marketing solutions. You will be working not only with our amazing TikTok growth marketing managers, but also with creative talents, product managers, data scientists, strategists and teams with other functionalities to conquer the growth world. As a growth marketing manager for TikTok, you will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate user growth in key markets. Working closely with creative talents, product managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches to an excellent level and providing growth solutions that are valuable to the business. - Deep dive into North America market, identify new ways to optimize funnels and generate initiations about user, channel and content to increase campaign effectiveness. Generate learning insights, strategic improvements and prioritize tests and trials. - Lead collaboration with data analysts, product managers and cross functional experts to implement and upgrade growth initiations. - Analyze and improve account strategies on mainstream channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.) with considerable budget and explore different ad formats to optimize the performance. - Manage agencies for account management and creative production in a collaborative and incentive way to meet business needs. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience in media-buy, performance ads strategy, growth etc. - English as working language. - Have clear logic, pragmatic and communicate in a comprehensive way. - Strong project management skills with good team spirit. - A quick learner, quick at reaction and careful with execution.
