Perform personalized check-ins and check-outs efficiently and promptly, whilst adhering to the Hotel\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
Handle general enquiries and requests from guests (like requesting for extra amenities, wake-up call services), build relationships with guests and assist to resolve minor complaints
Deliver professional service when handling reservations over the telephone, via faxes and emails
Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally, creating a memorable experience
Requirements:
No hotel experience required, and training will be provided
Well-groomed with good interpersonal skills
Customer oriented
Willing to work shift hours (on 5 day work week)
