Set up and establish the service centre arm . Ability to meet services matrix (Android/Apple) . Responsible for the P&L of the revenue centre, ensuring profitability goals . Developed, assess, and deliver monthly evaluation of high trained quality technician with planned and purposeful developmental objective . Develop a culture of open and honest environment Responsibilities: . Management of service centre to provide value-added services such as repair of devices and warranty services. . Manage and supervise a team of admins and technicians. . Monitor and control the operation to achieve the targeted turn-around time, productivity, quality & safety standards. . Responsible for forecasting, budgets and full P&L of business and push for profitable growth. . Update and improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being. . Ensure the key performance indicators set by management and customers are achieved by the team. . Appraise the performance of service and operation teams, and subcontractors. . Plan and assure adequate equipment, tools and storage capacity of parts/goods for the operation. . Establish and maintain good relationships with subcontractors and customers . Generate reports and presentation material for customers and higher management as requested. . Generate a working environment that develops high-performing and motivated workforce. . Collaborate with retail operation manager in all operational and resource planning. Requirements: . Minimum Diploma or above in relevant field. . Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in customer service/mobile engineering in an IT orientated environment. . Certified in ACMT (Apple) or AAD (Android) . Experience in running repair service centre/outlet. . Good written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills. . Strong service mindset - empathic and solution-orientated. . Good interpersonal and leadership skills. .
