He/she must achieve total customer satisfaction and organisational profitability through effective utilisation of all resources, and work towards the timely set up of the bar areas and the completion of all mise en place works in line with the opening hours. He/she should have excellent customer service and possess interpersonal skills. He/she is expected to be well groomed with an outgoing and friendly attitude, and a high aptitude for customer care. He/she should also be a hands-on and proactive person, be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be a great team player who thrives in working with a multi-cultural team and customers alike. General Duties: To plan, direct, and oversee all bar operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met, and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency. Mixing of ingredients and preparation of cocktails. To support Bartenders and the rest of the Operations team members at the outlet. Set objectives and targets par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment Responsible for the individual growth of each of the staff directly under your supervision. Responsible for conducting monthly drink & service-related training for all staff. Responsible for inventory and invoice inputting every month. Ensure that all SOPs, standards, par levels, ordering, stock, and costs are met and fulfilled as per standards. Able to stimulate the creative process of the whole bar team as well able to innovate drinks to present to the Outlet Manager for new menu improvement ideas as well as unique cocktails of the months. Assist with bar opening and closing procedures and perform various behind-the-bar tasks such as preparing foods & garnishes, setting up bar stations, and restocking all par levels for ingredients and homemade ingredients. Restock and replenish bar inventories and supplies to ensure the bar is fully stocked. Maintenance of the bar hygiene and cleanliness standards. Assist with interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving drinks. Ensure that all standard recipes, SOPs, and standards are followed in the preparation process. Ensure that all equipment is kept in good working order and used only for the purpose for which it was ended. Participate and manage assigned sections to provide an awesome beverage experience for customers. Candidate Requirement Candidates possess at least minimum GCE' N' Levels or equivalent Speaks English Proficient in basic POS management and Microsoft office Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving of beverages will be advantages.
