Job Description

Business transformation is an umbrella term for making fundamental changes in how a business or organization runs. This includes personnel, processes, and technology. These transformations help organizations compete more effectively and become more efficient by making a wholesale strategic pivot.

Head, Business Transformation is responsible for leading the organization in identifying areas of opportunities and implement processes in changing the performance for the better.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic prioritization frameworks and make recommendations to leadership to ensure the organization are appropriately investing in sales, customer, and department priorities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels.
• Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technical Service, Facilities Management and Projects, and Business Development to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency across the organization lines of business.
  

• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy or its equivalent
• With at least 8 years of experience in strategy development within a corporation or consulting firm
• With at least 5 years of leading executive level engagements and/or working with senior leadership
• Demonstrated strategy toolkit, business acumen, team and project leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High sense of accountability, strong will to succeed, demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn
