Job Responsibilities
Regional Head, Digital Transformation & Program management is responsible for taking primary ownership of country/regional business engagement and communication to influence and drive future technology agenda for country/region in alignment with Group Technology strategy orchestrating seamless support from all technology players to ensure delivery of the best technology solutions in time, within budget, with least risks and highest service continuity. This person also act as the accountable executive to run regional CIO Programme Management Office, proactively monitoring all critical aspects of the main IT projects to enable the stakeholders, including Regional CIO and A&O management team, to have a consistent and transparent and accurate view of their status and their probable trajectory
The responsibilities also include providing local leadership across all teams and contributing to employee engagement, talent development and performance management.

Job Requirements

• Manage the programme governance framework and be responsible for its effectiveness in providing oversight and direction.
• Responsible to implement and maintain the required project and programme management standards
• Enforce high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency in all project and programme deliverables
• Provide leadership to the project teams for key initiatives in the region - reviewing progress of key regional initiatives e.g. Core Banking Refresh programme, ISO programs

• Manage risk exposure across multiple projects through the identification and management of key project risks to ensure the delivery of business goals
• Provide thought leadership and solutions to complex challenges at the project or program levels (e.g., prioritization of business requirements if faced with budget/time constraints, trade-offs of resource allocation across projects). Bring structure to sometimes ambiguous targets/purposes and craft project to bring practical resolutions
