We are seeking an experienced and passionate

Head Chef

to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing and cooking

steak, pasta, and burgers

innovate, streamline workflow, and maintain high kitchen standards

. This role requires leadership, creativity, and operational discipline to deliver consistent quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire kitchen operations, from food preparation to service. Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and performance. Ensure all dishes, especially steak, pasta, and burgers, are prepared to high standards. Create and improve recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning. Streamline and improve workflow for efficiency without compromising quality. Maintain inventory, manage ordering, and control food costs to reduce wastage. Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with management to design seasonal menus, specials, and promotions. Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to continuously improve.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a restaurant environment. Strong background in

Western cuisine

, particularly steak, pasta, and burgers. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt recipes. Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Able to create and implement improved workflow processes in the kitchen.
