Anchored by our existing specialty coffee operations, our mission is to provide not only great food and beverages, but also a space for people to socialize and relax.
Drawing on the playful and nostalgic nature of our branding, we aim to provide an innovative selection of specialty coffee and premium non-coffee and alcoholic beverages to the community, along with a carefully crafted menu offering a good mix of innovative breakfast/lunch dishes as well as classic brunch fare by day and tapas/grazing plates in the evenings.

Capable of leading a small kitchen in a high paced environment
- Experience with inventory management, food cost/portion control, running an efficient kitchen - innovative and creative with recipes, techniques and presentation to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Passion for food culture, storytelling
