Key Responsibilities
Manage overall kitchen operations for lunch and dinner services
Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
Oversee menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate in developing innovative fusion dishes and seasonal menus
Requirements
Solid experience as a chef, ideally with leadership responsibilities in lunch and dinner services
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred; experience in French or Italian cuisine also valued
Ability to handle a variety of kitchen operations, including breakfast and set menus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
