What you'll be doing:

Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent food standards Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier coordination Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team Ensure that the latest SOPs are implemented and adhered to across the kitchen Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan Provide regular performance updates to area chefs and management Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen Collaborate with management to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction Promote creativity, innovation, and consistency in all menu items
Carry out any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
