Our client is a highly successful Asian conglomerate undergoing strategic business transformation. As it builds out a new business segment, there is now a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to design, develop and execute on strategies and business models for a top leadership and business institute.

Responsibilities

This is an exciting leadership role setting up and managing a Management School and Business Academy in the institute. You will define, develop and execute capability development strategies and philosophies to bring best in class Leadership Development and Business Sustainability curriculum and accreditation to enable leaders and businesses to thrive in the new economy. You will develop and manage partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning, Professional Bodies, Government Agencies, Community Organisations, and ensure operational excellence in service delivery. You will continuously develop the collaborative relationships between the institute, global alliances and local communities.

Requirements

You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leadership roles developing and managing leadership development and business management programs for an international audience. Prior academia experience in distinguished tertiary institutions as Dean/Deputy Dean/Professor/Academic Director will be highly advantageous. You are passionate about leadership development and business sustainability, and well-versed in best practices and emerging trends. You are strategic, entrepreneurial, a strong people leader with excellent presentation, influencing and communication skills.
