About This Role

We are a telco disruptor, a pioneer for innovation in Telco industry. Since our inception, we have build products that customers love (high NPS). We are now present globally in
15 markets and impacting lives of 5 mln customers globally. And we have just begun!

We are on a mission to transform the telco industry. Thus, in addition to our current B2C and B2B divisions, we have setup a new team, New Business Build (NBB). NBB is a young and vibrant team, focusing on innovation and new product launches across the globe. It operates with a \'zero to one\' culture and is a mix of builders and creative mavericks. The role on offer is part of NBB, and aims at building analytical foundations of NBB and strike Strategic partnerships to fast track GTM/product distribution

As a Head of Analytics and Business Development, your key objectives will be to:

  • Setup the analytical foundation for NBB products - data analysis, performance management, root cause analysis and insight generation
  • Problem solve for numerous challenges faced by high growth startups by leveraging strategic and critical thinking
  • Lead strategic Partnership channel- build numerous strategic partnerships from start to finish, deal support incl business cases, commercials, customer/consumer value proposition etc.
  • Support a growing team to drive numerous high-stakes projects and initiatives
  • Take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects across numerous areas (but not limited to) international expansion, product development, growth, customer happiness and operations
Key Relationships:
  • Reports to Business Head, New Business Build (NBB)
  • Other key relationships - NBB members, Leadership Team & Functional Leads across departments
Job Requirements
  • Strong academic record from a reputable educational institution (MBA preferred)
  • 5-8 years of work experience in a top-tier Strategy Consulting (MBB and ATK preferred), hyper growth company or Start-up, and/or Investment Banking firm with proven leadership record
  • Solid functional knowledge, including but not limited to: strategy, business development, marketing, project management etc
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen
  • Solid communication skills and high proficiency in using MS / Google suite
  • Comfortable with frequent leadership interaction and presentations
  • Proven ability to lead teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Strong digital mindset and passionate about disrupting the future
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and the grit, resilience and resourcefulness to overcome obstacles
  • Able to work effectively across geographies and manage stakeholders closely
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate across departments
