ShopBack is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development in Singapore to manage and expand our ShopBack In-Store and Payment business lines. We are looking for a self-motivated, hands-on leader with proven experience in payments and merchants acquisition. This job requires an understanding of the evolving best practices for strategy and partnership with the brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and expand our ShopBack In-Store and Payment business lines in Singapore.
• Work closely with the leadership team, and cross-functional Marketing and Operations teams to develop and execute a growth strategy.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing campaign strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current and changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Build, scale and grow the sales team capabilities to consistently deliver high performance.

• More than 10 years of hands-on sales / payment related experience with proven track record.
• Strong people managerial expertise and has successfully led high performing teams.
• Strong connections with direct brands specifically within the F&B / Retail / Payments sectors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong connections with direct brands specifically within the Fashion / Beauty / Ecommerce / Payments industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
