Job Description


s

  • to manage student academic performance through use of learning/academic resources and academic results monitoring to support an effective learning environment for students (Chinese Music Faculty)
  • to manage all lecturers including provision of coaching and mentoring (Chinese Music Faculty)
  • to follow up (including resolving) on any identified academic related issues (Chinese Music Faculty)
  • To work with Academic Manager to develop, maintain and oversee an efficient and effective coordinated planning system for the Chinese Music Faculty
  • To lead the Chinese Music Faculty in its operational and functional areas, including establishing clear positional responsibilities, authority and accountability
  • To work with Academic Manager to assess and regulate performance of the Chinese Music Faculty
  • Support College to market and recruitment activities for Chinese music
Requirements
  • Degree in Chinese music or above
  • At least 15 years experiences in Chinese Music Industry
  • Self-starter with willingness to explore fresh ideas in student engagement
  • Strong ties in international Chinese music community
  • Creative problem solver with experience in curriculum management
  • High level of discretion with strict integrity standards in handling confidential matters
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Adept in using Microsoft Office and online meeting tools like Zoom, Google Meet and Lark
  • An understanding of Music and Arts will be beneficial
