Requirements: Candidates with a Master in Early Childhood will have an advantage but this is not necessary 3 years of experience in curriculum development. experience in nature based learning and forest school teaching Excellent leadership Loves nature and outdoor In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching) Able to work synergistically, collaboratively as well as independently Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting Able to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Possess positive attitude and a strong spirit of team work Committed and dedicated team player.
