All about the role:

We are looking for the Head of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) heading the Asia, Middle East & Africa D2C businesses reporting to the VP of Consumer Direct Interactions APAC & MEA. The D2C team is responsible for D2C Sales P&L and end to end consumer experience excellence creating outstanding branded experiences pre, at & post purchase driving higher sales conversions and consumer life-time loyalty of recurring revenue streams.

We believe consumers will choose to shop via direct channels increasingly as it can deliver 360 delightful, personalized, and convenient ways of shopping and after purchase onboarding experience. With this as our mission, the Head of D2C will work with his/her team to define both near-term and long-term strategic roadmaps and execute these roadmaps in the markets.

The D2C team is responsible for both online and offline direct to consumer channels (Branded webstores, Branded physical retail and Ecommerce Marketplaces). It is highly cross-functional, working closely with other teams in the organization including IT, Marketing, Sales, Insights, Product lines, S&OP, Operations, Finance, and the executive team. It is a transformative team full of passion for the vision & purpose of \'Moving Electrolux closer to the consumer\' establishing and anchoring the D2C business model future-fitting the organization.

What you\'ll do:

As the Head of D2C you will oversee the team in the region and in the local markets responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of D2C businesses and partner well with the supporting cross-functions to deliver your P&L and KPIs. You will need to make decisions and approve channel strategy, activation plan, budget requirements, sales forecasts, consumer Journey experience KPIs and profit improvement.

You are good in business transformation and change management with strong ability to understand our current internal and external realities navigating the organization in this transformative journey internally and help us move closer to the end-consumer externally by bringing strong perspectives and setting actionable directions on where we need to reset, improve and how\xe2\x80\xa6 with clear ties to business outcomes such as revenue, profit, market share, retention, active consumer base, and improving path to purchase NPS.

Through your leadership, we will further scale our D2C business and ensure that the experience consumers have with our Brands in all direct channels ladder up to our overarching brand goals. You will improve D2C processes and governance and provide coaching and professional growth to your team.

Qualifications:

  • You have prior experience in managing an Ecommerce P&L and a cross-functional business team of D2C or Ecommerce across APAC markets driving sales, performance & digital marketing, acquisition & loyalty and S&OP.
  • A thoughtful leader who understands the difference between leadership and management and has a proven track-record of inspiring and elevating your teams and organization in transformative journeys.
  • 10 years of experience in Ecommerce
  • 360 experience thinker who appreciates and invests in the entire process, from making a physical product to marketing to merchandising to driving loyalty
  • A natural interest in identifying consumer needs & track record building best in class, consumer-first experiences
  • Proven marketer who understands and has worked across the full D2C marketing funnel
  • Highly analytical, structured thinker who is able to carve clear, salient ideas from complex information and very clearly communicate them to a diverse set of stakeholders in a way they will understand
  • Detail-oriented and organized thinker. Someone who is excited by helping develop structure around something new.
  • A highly organized \xe2\x80\x9cdoer\xe2\x80\x9d with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute
  • Passion for working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other teams
  • Experience working with in house digital product and IT teams
  • No task too small mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
