Responsible for circulation of management accounts on a monthly basis for the perusal of management with all analysis w.r.t. revenue, cost elements and other Extraordinary events detailing all the cash surplus/deficit requirements.
Responsible for giving all revenue analysis and BvA variance on a weekly basis
Coordination with promoters for necessary up-dation with respect to the liquidity of the company and necessary payout/collection plans with the intent to use the funds in best possible manner without incurring any interest cost/non-compliance.
Supervision of all accounting functions - AP/AR/Banking/Compliance
Responsible for NAV development and with other IT products under discussion
Responsible for streamlining the accounting process with an intent to make available audit trail in the system
Audit co-ordinator and handling Corp-Sec Matters
Responsible to smooth line accounting and operation process of Reviva Cell
FAR & GL Verification, Cost reduction plan, assessment and implementation across the organizationMIS Reporting on a daily basis to keep update the management on daily business activities
