Job Description

Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, this role requires an experienced and results-driven leader who is passionate about creators, technology, business strategy, and people development.

Responsibilities - Lead, grow, and develop a high-performing and multi-cultural team across key markets in APAC, anchored in shared values and a strong team culture. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of creator monetization strategy and lead strategic planning across operations, client services, and programs that drive creator monetization and ad revenue growth. - Lead OKR and goal-setting of the regional business, breaking down to key metrics and initiatives that unlock growth and serve the needs of brands, creators, and ecosystem partners. - Drive and lead cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams, including sales, product marketing, product management, and measurement, to build innovative solutions for both creators and brands, and drive adoption. - Provide inputs into global teams and influence functional and regional strategy with stakeholders in Product Management, Product Marketing, and Global Operations. - Represent business in external events to drive advocacy and awareness of our mission to drive creator monetization. Requirements - 12+ years of professional experience. - 4+ years of people management experience with a passion and track record for coaching and developing teams and individuals. - Proven leadership quality and experience in navigating teams through changes. - Strong operational knowledge and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams - Proven experience in a fast-paced, results-driven technology company with knowledge of the digital advertising landscape is preferred; creator marketing experience is preferred. - Experienced in building commercial and growth strategies to drive hyper-growth for a business unit or platform. - A thought leader in the creator marketing and media landscape who can strategically plan our offering, address brand challenges and optimize our business to change market dynamics - Strategic with strong analytical skills; experienced using quantitative and qualitative data, and good at storytelling to bring action to analytics. - Extensive experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration, resource coordination and project delivery. - Strong background and deep experience in Asia Pacific markets. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
