Position: Head of Lab Solutions, Zone APJ (Japan, Korea, Australia, India, ASEAN)

Mission and Position headline:

Leading the Lab Solutions business leaders in the APJ countries (JPN, KOR, AUS, ASEAN, IND), the Head of Lab Solutions, Zone APJ is acting as entrepreneur and responsible for driving profitable growth and market share gains across the LS portfolio in the respective markets.

This leader is accountable for strategy and business success of Lab Solutions in Zone APJ. He/she will develop the commercial plan for the Zone sales to strengthen the company\'s market position, drive accelerated revenue growth and improve customer intimacy and loyalty.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible and accountable for strategy and business success of Lab Solutions in Zone APJ
• Develop and implement Zone APJ strategies, policies, procedures, and forecasts to guide the sales force and ensure that business objectives are being met in the Zone\xe2\x80\x99s lab market
• Responsible for driving business operational excellence: e.g., countries top line, pricing excellence, SG&A, COGS, Gross Profit etc.
• Collaborate with customer service team within the Zone to improve customer satisfaction to enable successful retention and acquisition of new account
• Responsible for market intelligence, understanding market trends and success factors
• Oversee strategic and operational risk management in the Zone
• Commercial effectiveness and CRM excellence, key Account management, and manage relationships with KOLs
• Ensure business continuity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the business environments

• 15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and success in sales / GM roles
• P&L experience of healthcare related MNCs with about EUR ~350 million revenue and manage across complex portfolios
• Experience in leading diverse large teams across different countries in APJ
• Experience in C-level customer interactions and government authorities
