Key job responsibilities
The Head of Launch Marketing will be responsible for the team implementing title GTM campaigns that support the growth of Prime Video in Southeast Asia. The role will provide inputs to Prime Video leadership in relation to driving hands-on experience building consumer-facing IPs with high emphasis on marketing channel execution, proven track record for driving results for multi-country campaigns in South East Asia, developing plans that leverage data and insights to support decisions, managing and planning marketing budgets across multiple initiatives, working autonomously to set roadmaps and working with creative/media agencies taking responsibility for their performance. The marketing lead will work with leadership to provide guidance on the content calendar planning, media mix and execution around mass campaigns in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record for leading a team to drive output and results. Critical to success will be leadership experience in Asia, the ability to put insights and plans together to help achieve a greater goal, and be able to operationally execute on them.

Key job responsibilities:
- Lead the South East Asia launch marketing teams in Southeast Asia, supporting Prime Video leadership.
- Provide mentorship, oversight and develop the team to deliver results.
- Partner with key stakeholder to in relation to the development of the marketing roadmap, and collaborate on the implementation of marketing plans to meet business and customer objectives.
- Support Prime Video leadership with design, planning, media buying strategies and execution of launch campaigns across the region.
- Drive the local go-to-market strategy, aligning with SEA and APAC leadership on the global marketing strategy.
- Align with content acquisition / licensing team, original production teams, research, external studio partners, finance and marketing departments on delivery and efficiency goals.
- Cultivate positive relationships with agencies companies, external studios and other relevant stakeholders to forward our position; oversee relationship and negotiations with local media agency.

Basic qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience directly managing teams.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
- Experience developing and executing high-performing, large-scale 360 marketing campaigns.
- Expertise with traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social.
- Expertise and technical skills in developing both quantitative and qualitative research.
- Ability to think strategically and operationally.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple workstreams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Relentlessly high standards with impeccable attention to detail.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social
- Experience leading across multiple locales
