Headquartered in Hong Kong, Raffles FO is also incorporated in Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and Beijing. We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing & Communications, based in Singapore. Primary Responsibilities Lead the Marketing, and communications team in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, communications, events, and campaigns that elevate the Company brand. Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and execute a sophisticated marketing plan, while effectively managing brand and reputational risk, to ensure the internal and external brand is optimally aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. Oversee the delivery and monitor the effectiveness of the company's MarCom strategy to build the company's brand and reputation via multiple social media channels, media engagements, marketing events/activities etc. Create internal synergies to expand brand exposure and leverage relationships with internal and external business partners. Expand, develop, and maintain media relationships to create a positive external and internal image associated with brand recognition. Responsible for the engagements with journalists, particularly regarding interviews with senior executives. Manage external PR & marketing agencies, including agency selection, budget management, performance monitoring and vendor relationship management. Responsible for ensuring smooth internal communications within the company via various ways, such as producing & maintaining updated company materials, publishing regular newsletter, organizing internal townhalls and so on. Lead and coach team member(s) to execute a variety of projects in a timely manner. Participate in any ad-hoc project(s) as required. Requirements At least 13 - 15 years of experience in the marketing & communications capacity. Experience gained from multi-family office, private banks or similar financial services organizations preferred. Excellent copywriting skill in English and Chinese (simplified and traditional). A natural collaborator, able to partner effectively with team members and senior stakeholders. Experience in tending to multiple projects and internal stakeholders with excellent time management skills with the ability to manage expectations and meet deadlines. Hands-on, entrepreneurial and strong aptitude to work independently, able to deal with ambiguity and manage fast-moving and unexpected challenges.
