DESCRIPTIONGlobal Selling Asia Marketing team is seeking an experienced talent to lead marketing planning &
operations. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the business processes for the
organization including making suggestions on marketing strategy, initiatives prioritization, goals
definition and reporting, vendor management, etc. You will work with marketing leadership team as
well as with stakeholders from finance, central BI, central operations, risk control management to
identify best practices, streamline operational processes, develop end-to-end tracking and analytical
insights, manage risks, and continually look for marketing productivity improvement opportunities. This
is the right position for someone with the passion to deal with complex tasks and projects, react
effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment, and independently
prioritize activities to deliver the results that our business needs. The ideal candidates are those who
have strong track record in above mentioned activities. The candidate should also have excellent English
writing and project management skills, who can effectively collaborate cross-functionally and
communicate within organization. S/he should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically
