DESCRIPTIONGlobal Selling Asia Marketing team is seeking an experienced talent to lead marketing planning &
operations. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing the business processes for the
organization including making suggestions on marketing strategy, initiatives prioritization, goals
definition and reporting, vendor management, etc. You will work with marketing leadership team as
well as with stakeholders from finance, central BI, central operations, risk control management to
identify best practices, streamline operational processes, develop end-to-end tracking and analytical
insights, manage risks, and continually look for marketing productivity improvement opportunities. This
is the right position for someone with the passion to deal with complex tasks and projects, react
effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high intensity environment, and independently
prioritize activities to deliver the results that our business needs. The ideal candidates are those who
have strong track record in above mentioned activities. The candidate should also have excellent English
writing and project management skills, who can effectively collaborate cross-functionally and
communicate within organization. S/he should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically
and analytically about the business, risks, challenges, and opportunities.Key job responsibilities

  • Own the annual planning cycles for the team in collaboration with marketing leadership team
and related stakeholder partners.
  • Making suggestions on strategic goal setting and key business management mechanisms such as
Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, etc.
  • Own processes for annual resource planning, allocation, and tracking headcount and budget
  • Own marketing organization-wide strategy narratives proposals including our annual planning
documents.
  • Design and enhance processes to measure marketing outcomes and investment efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize marketing operations tool suites to continually improve team
productivity.
  • Engage with stakeholder teams to create measurable shared goals and track those progress.
  • Take lead of or participate marketing projects as needed.
  • Manage a small team and accountable for team development and growth.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Singapore, SGPBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Project Management or related subjects
  • 10+ years relevant work experience related to business planning, operations, finance, etc.
  • 5+ years people manager experience
  • Proficient communicating (verbal and written) with both business and marketing teams
  • Experience in project management and processes improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiar with marketing tools, marketing technology, communication channels and marketing
activities
  • Experience in creating and/or improving operational processes across internal teams and
external vendors
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, managing conflicting priorities and driving results
  • Demonstrated ability in communicating at various levels of an organization, including VP or
above level executives
  • Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
