We represent our client in the lifestyle and consumer sector, with a strong recognisable brand name and well established in Singapore and regionally. Due to talent mobility, there is now a position available for an experienced Rewards professional to join the team as a key leadership member with a broader portfolio beyond compensations and benefits.


Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer and as part of the HR leadership team at corporate level, this position will lead a sizable team, driving key people agenda around Rewards, HR policy and System, across multiple lines of businesses. Through strong and professional thought leadership, you will shape the development of strategies and direction of policies and procedures, to ensure all aspect of rewards and performance are focused on the corporate values and inclusiveness to all colleagues, in alignment to business direction as the company embarked on the next phase of expansion. In this position, the role is expected to interact with senior stakeholders to communicate key goals and objectives which support the development of performance goals and anchoring the organisation as employer of choice.

The Successful Applicant


The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience within the rewards specialisation and an experienced people manager, in an environment where you are self-driven to design and conceptualise policies, taking decisions in consultation with C-suite and executive leaders. You will have strong grasp of Singapore and regional landscape, to provide timely and progressive direction to support, coming across as both strategic and hands-on when required.
