About the company:

\xe2\x96\xba Our client is a Singapore-based finance company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct risk management oversight for Credit, Operational & Technological Risks and Asset-Liability Management. This would include the implementation of the risk framework, policies and procedures;
• Act as secretary of Risk Management Committee, Credit Portfolio Committee, ALCO and member of Operation and Technology Risk Committee and Credit Control Committee;
• Set, validate and recommend appropriate limits for the respective risk type in line with company\'s risk appetite;
• Undertake supervision of staff of the department.

Credit Risk

• Perform independent analysis on credit proposals from Marketing Department, propose risk mitigants, ensure loans compliance to lending guidelines and recommend for approval.
• Perform credit portfolio monitoring through monthly portfolio review and monitoring of external factors affecting the portfolio;
• Monitor both internal and regulatory limits related to credit risk;
• Perform both in-house and regulatory stress test.

Market & Liquidity Risk

• Provide analysis for the presentation to ALCO;
• Monitor both internal and regulatory limits related to market and liquidity risks;
• Perform market and liquidity stress test.
• Review the Contingency Funding Plan and co-ordinate the testing of the plan.

Operational Risk / Technology Risk

• Coordinate, review and report operation risk reports submission (RCSA, KRI, outsourcing, operational risk events, complaints);
• To review and update the Business Continuity Management framework and plan and supervise the testing of the BCP (BCP Split Operations, BCP Call Tree Exercise);
• Review risk assessment against MAS Notices and Guidelines on Technology risk and work closely with Technology Security Officers.
