Job Description


We are currently working with a fast-growing Fintech Platform that is seeking a Head of Sales in Singapore.

As the Head of Sales, your main focus will be managing the sales team and leading them with a clear strategic direction. This is a new role that will set the foundation for a strong sales team moving forward, and create synergies between the existing sales teams (Institutional, Corporate, Consumer).

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish sales frameworks and KPIs to instil strong sales discipline across the team
  • Provide guidance, support, timely feedback and coaching to team members to constantly improve the overall performance and skills of the sales team
  • Spearheading and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue objectives
  • Increase regional footprint with Institutions, Corporates and Family offices as the firm scales
  • Work closely with Senior Management to ensure that sales strategies align with business objectives
  • Lead regular reporting to senior management, and board members regarding the sales pipeline/ status / progress of meeting sales targets
  • Analyse and report on market trends and investor behaviour to inform the development of strategies
Requirements
  • Around 15 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong and proven track record in Institutional Sales
  • Leadership experience in managing a team
