Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and maximize market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential client segments.
- Collaborate with senior management to define sales targets, budget, and sales forecasting.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and individual professional growth.
- Set clear sales objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
3. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
4. Sales Execution and Performance:
- Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role within the trust services industry or a related financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of trust products, services, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, meeting or exceeding targets, and expanding market share.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or Trust-related certifications are preferred
