Job Description

Job Responsibilities This role is reporting to Deputy General Manager. As Supply Chain Controller Department Head, the person needs to lead two Supply Chain Controllers to monitor, control and conduct audit for all the warehouses (Material WH, Finish Goods WH, Production WH, QC WH) in the factory. Control the factory waste and abnormal stocks. Strictly following company procedure to lead, guide and inspire warehouse staff to work effectively. Ability to address problems to warehouse staff and guide them to solve problems and understand concepts for improvement.

Primary Roles of Supply Chain Controller: 1. Oracle System a) System transfer & close batch. b) To issue RO c) To perform GRN for all items including spare parts d) To perform stocktake adjustment e) To create/amend production recipe & formula in system f) To create item code for finished goods

2. Material Planning (work with other department) a) Monitoring of stock level for raw materials (non-perishable items), packaging materials b) To ensure sufficient stock available for production taking into consideration supplier\xe2\x80\x99s re-order lead time c) To follow up with respective department on the required delivery date of any new ingredients and packaging materials for launch of new product d) To follow up on sample sent by supplier for testing

3. Production Planning a) To plan finish goods requirements for production based on forecast in order to fulfil sales order b) To plan paste requirement for production based on forecast in order to fulfil MTS requirement.

4. Monitoring and control 1) To monitor the production plan vs actual output 2) To monitor production is according to schedule to fulfil sales order in time for timely delivery 3) To monitor production process and report to company (e.g. schedule, productivity, wastage, defects, inventory, machine down\xe2\x80\xa6). 4) To monitor warehouse inventory turnover rate including raw materials, packaging material, finish goods, WIP. 5) To control Warehouse had issued finished goods based on FIFO 6) To monitor and control all goods issued out with valid documents and within the normal time cycle for export order based on company procedure. 7) To monitor the stocks in warehouse especially for short shelf life items (once to twice per month) 9) To monitor warehouse safety stock level is sufficient for production/operation. 10) To prepare stock count report highlighting any variances between Oracle balance and physical count. To ensure Department head to identify the root cause and actions to be taken for stock take variances; collection the data, analysing, investigating variances, generating the report for DGM and advising your concerns with recommendations.

Secondary Roles: 1. To prepare Analysis report for P&L, ingredient & packaging cost 2. Any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time. The Company also reserves the right to transfer you to other section or department and enlarge your job scope if necessary.

Job Requirements

• Strong in Logistics Operations.
• Polytechnic & university graduates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, if not, at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Ms Office
• Strong monitoring skills
• Excellent supervision ability, able to identify the issues for improvement
• Ability of delivering result as a leader
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess high level of initiative, meticulous and multi-tasking with good interpersonal
• Hands on experience with Oracle will be an added advantage
• Well organized, self-motivated and a \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
