Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Compensation design, STI design, Benefits design, and structure across markets and employee cohorts.
  • design and retention plan designs.
  • Involvement in the review and preparation of Executive compensation recommendations
  • Design reports that monitor total rewards costs and provide executive leadership with data needed to understand trends and budget impacts
  • Ensures compensation and benefits programs remain within budgetary constraints
  • Monitors trends and provides recommendations for improvements
  • Creates policies and initiatives to ensure compensation and benefits programs follow all legal and organizational rules and guidelines
  • Job structuring and org structuring through job levels and role cohorts.
  • Integration of total rewards with TA, HRBP and HR Operations.
  • Technology \xe2\x80\x93 knowing the interplay and the connections.
  • Expat management and policy design.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience required in Compensation Design.
  • Experience in complex projects is must.
  • Experience in project related workforce, EPCI preferable.
  • Candidate with Global Compensation experience in preferred.
  • Role open for local citizens / PR
  • Experience in developing a team.
  • Supreme numerical, spreadsheet and relevant tech skills.
  • Market trends and best practices, body of knowledge
