This position reports the Director of Total Rewards Asia, it is a Total Rewards Partner working with business and Human Resources to provide solutions.About the role - you will:You will be responsible for

• Support the planning and implementation of employee well-being programs which includes but not limited to developing the program marketing and communication materials. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
• Identify and develop new channels of communication on HR policies and programs
• Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
• Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
• Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
• Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations
• Other duties as assigned

• Passionate about HR marketing, communication and analytics
• Able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
• Enjoy working with people. Able to work in a team, and independently.
• Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box has a flair in communication design
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
• Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)

Your experience includes:Currently pursing Degree in Internal Communication or Human ResourcesLocation:The Shugart site (named after Seagate\xe2\x80\x99s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center.
