RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Spearhead the achievement of sales and operating profit budget.
  • Ability to market and understand the competitive landscape to identify potential business opportunities and operational improvement.
  • Work closely with retail and co-department teams to establish and implement sales strategies, excellence in operating standards and customer service.
  • Manage go-to-market program and marketing calendar and evaluate return on investment.
  • Provide guidance, regular coaching and motivate retail staff on sales, operating standards, and to enhance customer\'s unique experience.
  • PR crisis management, managing and ensuring the brand is protected from the potential threat.
  • Reporting to CEO, Management
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retail industry with 2-3 years of experience in managing multiple stores/national chain brand.
  • Demonstrated ability of working on retail development projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel when required.
  • Proven merchandising, POS, and sales budget skills
