Job Description
The Position
In this role, you will:
- Be the overall lead for HTA submission strategy and dossier preparation
- Be the lead negotiator with ACE for all HTA submissions
- Partner with Access Leads to optimize reimbursement strategies across multi-indications and product portfolio
- Partner with Health System Partners to shape policies for broader access and value recognition within the ecosystem
- Purpose-driven individual

- Bachelor degree or equivalent in the related field. Advanced degree (Masters, PhD) in the related field desired.
- At least 5 years of work experience as a health economist either in academia, consulting, or client-side, preferably with experience in oncology
- Operating knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and macro landscape in Singapore is a plus
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a self-directed, self-driven manner
- Good aptitude for working with diverse cultural groups
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
