Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:As part of the Healthcare Claims and Payments team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of various healthcare payout disbursement programmes. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer the daily operations of healthcare claims and payments, ensuring smooth interactions for all stakeholders involved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with external agencies, such as the Agency of Integrated Care, to facilitate the disbursement of CareShield Life (CSHL), ElderShield (ESH), MediSave (MSV) Care payouts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address enquiries from members regarding healthcare claims and payments, ensuring alignment with operating standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform general administrative duties, including compiling statistics and reconciling the General Ledger to support the management of CSHL/ESH/MSV Care claims and payment statistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess, streamline, and automate current business processes associated with claims and payouts to improve efficiency and customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide operational support to supervisors and undertake additional tasks as needed to review and implement policy changes related to the healthcare claims and payments.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in claims processing, payment administration, or related fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively correspond with members and external agencies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyse statistics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in administrative tasks, including General Ledger reconciliation and data management, will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
