Work closely with various stakeholders to understand current challenges, issues, processes and make recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market research
Design, build and automate reports / actionable dashboards to track key business performance metrics relating to client experience / business processes
Work closely with Supervisor and relevant team on new technology/devices/solution assessment, internal and external stakeholder communication and preparation of report, training materials as required.
Work closely with Supervisor and team members on planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and facilitating the assigned projects with risk management measures ensured
Work closely with Supervisor and team members on the optimization of proprietary softwares used in the company
Assist in meetings arrangement and minuting where required under supervision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and own projects / initiatives, drive end-to-end implementation and track outcomes
Orchestrate and communicate to various stakeholders on existing and new projects / initiatives
Develop communication and training materials to implement projects / initiatives
