Type: Yearly renewable contractWork Hours: Rotating shift across Monday to SundayWork Location: Work from home (sometimes may require to go down to office located at Pasir Panjang)Responsibilities: . L1 and L2 Support. Helping to resolve basic customer enquiries. Able to collect general information about customer case and pass on to L3 support. Collate repeating cases for analysis and tracking. Maintain and update knowledge base of customer queries and solutionsRequirements: . Min. 6 months of relevant experience. Knowledge or experience in Zendesk
