Summary: Provide friendly, welcoming, and efficient service to hotel guests/customers. Ensure smooth running of the Front Office Reception administrative and operations. The Challenges: Undertake Front of House duties, including meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests. Maintain high-quality customer service by building good rapport with guests and resolving complaints quickly. General office duties, including emails and filing. Responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and billing processes.
