Job Description


The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager will oversee a team of Executives/Assistant and as a central point of contact with the business units for providing support in all HR topics. The Successful candidate will render qualified consulting advise to build trusting relationship with internal and external customers, provide guidance to support the HR operations relating to workforce administration which includes but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Works closely with the contractors and clients to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
  • Manage and executes HR day to day processes and services according to SOPs
  • Assist on reviewing company HR policy, framework and processes to ensure the relevancy and continue to meet the organisational goals and missions.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure payroll accuracy
  • Ensure local statutory, tax clearance, IRAS, policy and internal compliance are fulfilled
  • Participate in system digitalization project and support system testing for operational excellence
  • Manage staff leave and benefits including application for Government Paid Leaves & NS
  • Handle End to end recruitment matters
  • End to end billing administration including accounts receivable
  • Monitoring of contractors\' timecards (IQNavigator)
  • Develops and Monitoring of contract renewal and preparing of employment contracts
  • Support effective running of key HR processes
  • Support ad-hoc projects/cross covering for team members or co-lead in departmental projects assigned by Managers/HOD
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferred CEI-KAH certified
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes.
  • IT savvy (Familiar with payrolling and invoicing systems including Keypay, Timesoft, and IQNavigator).
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administrative and time management skills.
  • Be flexible and able to interact with employees at all levels
