Job Description

Note: We will process only HR/GA candidates with long experience in a Warehousing company ONLY(Setting up)1. Set up operations from the ground up - HR and GA function for a new warehouse.
(registration/permit//licenses, PEZA, hiring of people, regulation & SOPs, delivery out, inventory control, etc.)
2. Training warehouse staffs.
3. Make improvement plan regarding cost company benefit improvement/reduction/safety/5S/SOP.
1. make SOP and update
2. manage site of warehouse
3. make planning about manpower
4. communicate with client about complaint
5. give idea about warehouse layout (5S rules, Safety rule, maintain and so on) is a mustNote: Initially will handle Tanza, Cavite warehouse but in the future will assume FCIE Park warehouse operations as wellThis new employee will be the one to suggest and change the benefits structureQualifications:-Tough, patient, leg work-capable, smart, analytical-Experience in HR & GA function (all functions) above 10 years especially GA.-With experience as HR/GA from construction-With start-up experience. ISO and warehousing experience is a must.-PEZA experience is preferred
-Can do HR & GA leg work (not only giving instruction)-Preferably knows how to drive and has a personal car for mobility and ease of work (company will pay allowance and reimburse fuel and toll fee)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php50,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per monthBenefits:
