Responsible for daily HR operational functions including recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefit, training & development & employee relations functions
Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process within the company
Handling employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures
Responsible for work pass application, renewable and cancellation
Prepare, draft and review job offer letter, confirmation letter, increment letter and any other HR letters
Coordinate and arrange employee training/ skills upgrading programme for each business units
In-charge of monthly payroll processing including CPF & statutory claims submission
Assist in conducting annual performance & appraisal review exercise
Conduct market analysis on salary benchmarking
Oversee office administration duties
Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 4 - 5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably from the Construction industry
Good communication skills.
Knowledge in keeping COVID-19 updates by MOM/MOH/BCA. \xef\xbb\xbf
