HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, from job postings to interviews, to attract top talent.
Manage employee relations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.
Oversee performance reviews and identify training needs.
Develop and implement training programs for employee growth.
Process employee salaries, benefits, and payroll, ensuring accuracy.
Manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and good living conditions.
Handle ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies or related HR courses.
At least 1 year of HR or payroll experience.
Experience with HR systems is a plus but we're open to passionate newcomers.
Construction industry experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
Local Singaporeans/PRs are encouraged to apply.
