Job Description


We have an interesting role with a MNC company, they are a manufacturer and an international leader in the development of natural taste and sensory solutions, colors, food protection, advanced hop products, dry products and nutritional ingredients for the manufactured food, beverage, nutritional and pharmaceutical markets. They have a regional office in Singapore. This is in the CBD area. Here they have a lean team, less than 10 now but still hiring a couple more. Same time they are building a plant and distribution centre. This is in the Senoko food hub area.


Our Client is looking for an experienced and hands on HR and Administration Manager to ensure their operations run smoothly and improve as the
company grows.


This is a newly created role and they are looking for a strategist, a hands-on leader. This is a 'work in progress' situation for the Client as they grow and adjust their processes to support the business.

Applicants please note that this role is on hybrid work arrangement, maybe new joiner is expected to spend more time in the office to get things going. Thereafter may need to travel between the CBD office and the new plant. By the mid of 2023, the CBD office will be moved nearer to Senoko area.

HR and Administration Manager

  • Planning and helping to set up HR and administration activities
  • Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
  • Preferably experience with payroll processing , at least to oversee the external service provider.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Managing employee relations for a growing company
  • Running the office and functions
  • Handle admin duties like accrual of travel expenses, staff claims.

Required Skills Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Management
  • At least five years’ experience in HR, with experience or willingness to be hands on and even doing manual data entry if needed.
    Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of stakeholder (in and outside of the company)
  • Proven ability to multitask as a single contributor (at least during this initial period)
  • IT conversant and experience in M3 ERP system is a good plus but not a must.
