Handle of HR and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/HR issues in a timely manner.
Assist in recruitment process, including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, and orientation.
Work passes related matters (Application, renewal, and cancellation), arrange, and coordinate with employees for medical check-up.
Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records.
Liaise with Insurance Agent on employee Health and Safety (H&S) claims, includes submission and documentation.
Maintain employees\' attendances and leave records.
Assist with any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
