Summary

• Salary up $3000
• Location: Kallang ( 5 bus stop from Aljunied MRT)
• Working Day: Monday - Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Handle of HR and administrations, including provide information, advice and resolve employees\' queries/HR issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in recruitment process, including recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, and orientation.
• Work passes related matters (Application, renewal, and cancellation), arrange, and coordinate with employees for medical check-up.
• Maintain Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records.
• Liaise with Insurance Agent on employee Health and Safety (H&S) claims, includes submission and documentation.
• Maintain employees\' attendances and leave records.
• Assist with any other day-to-day administrative or ad hoc duties assigned by management to ensure the smooth running of office operations.
