What You'll Do:
As our HR Associate, you'll be at the heart of our people operations. From supporting recruitment to helping our team grow and thrive, you'll play a key role in shaping the experience for everyone. Here's a sneak peek at your day-to-day:

Recruitment Magic: Post job openings, screen resumes, and help schedule interviews. Your eyes are the first on all the awesome talent! Onboarding Vibes: Help bring new hires on board with an awesome welcome experience. You'll help guide them through the process and make sure they feel at home from Day 1. HR Admin: Update employee records and keep everything organized in our HRIS system. Benefits & Perks: Assist with benefits admin, answer questions, and help employees make the most out of their perks. Employee Growth: Help with training sessions and support our people as they develop their skills. Support the Team: Assist with HR projects, employee engagement, and keeping things running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table:

A love for people Strong communication skills - you're someone people feel comfortable talking to. Attention to detail - you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. Tech-savvy: You know your way around Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and maybe even some HR software. Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. Experience: If you've interned in HR or have some entry-level experience, that's a plus!
