Your role

Can you quickly connect with any client group? Are you an experienced, confident relationship builder? We are looking for an HR Business Partner to help us:

• manage relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business clients and leaders
• address cultural and complex organisational problems in partnership with business leaders
• represent HR at business forums and manage the relationship between the broader HR team and business leaders
• provide counsel on recruiting strategy, succession planning, DE&I, people management, ER, leadership development and integration activities
• lead, consult and build capability and workforce strategies for your business in order to improve business performance
• define requirements and lead implementation of business division People and Talent strategy for your business clients in collaboration with Centres of Expertise and HR Service Delivery

Your team

Your role will be focused on the APAC region and divided between three different clients - Global Research, IB COO and IB Operations, working out of our Hong Kong or Singapore office with the team of HR Business Partners. In this team you will find a demanding but highly collaborative professional environment which can also offer global responsibilities. Your expertise

• a proven human resources specialist, experience in a generalist role beneficial
• excellent communication skills, with ability to build networks across a culturally diverse organisation
• a strong collaborator with the ability to work within a matrix structure
• experience and proven track record within HR, ideally within a Financial Services environment
• a decision maker and influencer able to build networks across a culturally diverse organisation
• well organized and able to thrive when no two days are the same
• able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability and comfortable with challenging the status quo
• highly numerate and comfortable navigating data
