Job Description

Our client is a Hospitality Industry. They are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for the next phase of their business. They are located in Central. Duties:

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for manpower in alignment with operating budget.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure human capital policies and talent development initiatives are aligned.
• Provide management reports and guidance on human capital matters.
• Support succession planning and individual career development plans.
• Enhance HR Delivery Model and improve HR services.
• Foster employee engagement activities.
• Lead talent acquisition, assessment, and selection processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing for employer branding strategy.
• Develop recruitment best practices and hiring frameworks.
• Develop milestone leadership programs and talent development strategies.
• Work with L&D to design outreach programs and build the talent pipeline.
• Document and report on employees\' performance.
• Define fair and competitive compensation packages.
• Conduct surveys to assess employee needs and market rates.
• Assist in developing promotion and retention strategies.
• Provide information and support to employees on HR matters.
• Maintain employee files and implement new practices for employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in HR or any relevant any relevant field.
• Min 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in FMCG, Hospitality or any relevant industry.
• Prior experience in handling L&D is a bonus.
• Experience in certifications IHRP is a bonus.
