Position Title: HR Executive/ HR Officer
Working Location: Sembawang
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process including conducting interviews, doing background checks on prospective employees to ensure compliance with hiring practices.
Organise routine HR compliance training programs and audits to prevent legal and financial liabilities.
Support performance appraisal processes including setting performance objectives.
Assist in investigating work-related incidents and recommend corrective policies and procedures.
Assess healthcare information to ensure compliance with legal considerations.
Stay updated, educate and train employees on HR-based regulatory and legal requirements.
Draft procedures, processes, and policies to enhance compliance practices within the Company.
Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Assist in administering employee compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews and payroll coordination.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and utilise HR information systems effectively.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organising events, recognition programs and employee surveys.
Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or its equivalent professional qualifications
